And when Dexter arrived, his church was a tent and his vicarage was a tent.

So how did he get on in Wonthaggie?

Really well.

I mean, this is a man who's learnt the art of leadership on board ships.

And he's able to apply that very quickly to his parish in Wanthaggie, where he earns the respect and the admiration and the love of his congregation.

He founds a scout club at his church and really works well with the children.

He's quite well loved in this parish.

She's just graduated from Teachers College.

She's 22.

She's from the bush and her mother's worried about how she'll get on with these rough kids in this bush school.
