It's quite difficult to tell. You know that this is an area where the paramilitary rapid support forces have been controlling, specifically in the Darfur region. Yes, the reports that we have received is that the RSF and its allied groups on Tuesday signed what they call a constitutional document. Now, this comes after they signed a founding charter that now allows them to form a rival administration. So they're saying that
