Go ahead.
I want to say something about the replicability of it.
For years, I assumed that the next team to win a first national championship would be Oregon.
It was Indiana.
The last one, Richard, you know it well.
I sure do.
It was 1996 fight in Florida Gators.
Yes, the Indiana Hoosiers are the first team since I was two to win their program's first national championship.
I suspect there will be a little bit more of that as we get into this economic era, but I think a lot about this will go down as not replicable.
I definitely think that you, if you're a search firm or an AD, you should take Cignetti and be extra open-minded to people who just win, win, and win no matter the level, even if they don't have the Nick Saban imprimatur that Cignetti had.

But the basics that Kurt Signetti, by going to Division II 10 years ago, had unique roster management experience because they have partial scholarships.
So you really have to allocate money around the roster and figure out where your money positions are and where they're not.
And being in the, like marinating in Saban for three or four years before that.
And getting to Indiana at a time when Indiana as a university was deciding, damn, we've got all these alums.
