You know, every time I hear Ryan Johnson talk, I hear clarity.

I hear a plan.

I see a vision.

When Alvin did interviews, I didn't even want to listen.

It was really tough.

But when Ryan talks, you get the sense that there's a plan.

You get the sense this isn't a fly-by-night operation, same as the Sedin twins.

Everything is really off to a good start.

Like, I mean, these guys are saying all the right things.

But I also believe they practice what they preach.

And you saw the Sedin twins this week and Ryan at the Children's Hospital.

You know, there's hockey fans that probably think that doesn't matter, but it does matter.

You know, I drive by the Children's Hospital every day to work, and there's nothing worse than a sick kid in the world.

The kid shouldn't be sick.

They should be out healthy and playing.

And you know what?

That stuff matters.

Brian Burke cared.

You know, Brian Burke was the first GM.

And, you know, Arthur Griffiths and his family and Pac Quinn, they cared about the community.
