Um, Arbor Jack, I'd less than six played less than six minutes in this game.

This was a competitive game for the first period.

And then it wasn't.

Yeah, the Jets don't look good.

They looked discouraged.

They looked like they wanted to get to their break.

And yeah, not a lot of volume of shots, but not a lot in terms of high danger chances.

Kapanen had his 18th goal of the season.

It was a good outing for Sam Montembeau.

You know, you look at not only the goals that go in, but you look at the saves that he made.

And Sam Montembeau, in my eyes, looked pretty shaky in the first period.

And I certainly am not going to blame him for the Kyle Conner power play goal in the first period.

That turned out to be the only Jets goal.

That was more on the penalty killers on Matheson and Deneau than Montembeau.

But it was, yeah, Kyle Conner almost had his second of the period in the first or right off the post and cleanly beat Montembeau.

Montembeau was not tracking the puck well, kind of got handcuffed and pucks would go just wide.
