I looked over at the Yankees game, and Garrett Cole was at 22 or something like that on the bottom of the second inning.
Yes, could he be more efficient?
Yes, of course he could.
But do you still look up there and you see a zero on the board and you're feeling really good getting out of those innings?
And I think about it playing behind him too.
Like you're feeling the jam.
You're feeling people, you know, traffic on base.
And all of a sudden he makes a big pitch and you get out of it.
You can kind of pick up some momentum off of that.
So have we seen Dylan Cease be more sharp?
Yes, but you're going to take a zero on the board.
Yeah.
Yeah, now Connor Wong ended up with a couple of hits yesterday, too.
I want to say two hits, but he also had that walk.
Yeah, you've heard me say this, and I was actually talking to, it was all the way back in April, talking to Jason Grilly about this, too, how there are, not all walks are created equal.
So you can be a pitcher, and you're battling against somebody, and maybe you're making really good pitches, but they're just better takes.
Maybe they're just pitches that are just off of the plate, and the batter ends up earning a walk.
And you know what?
That's okay.
Sometimes you just tip your cap.
