What for you is the essence of friendship?
Acceptance for who we are, an ability to
really feel like you can be yourself.
That sort of authenticity of being able to share with someone and feel that they really get you.
They're not judging you.
They're just listening.
And there's got to be laughs and there's got to be humor.
There's got to be all of that.
But it's an intimacy that is a real understanding of...
what the experience is like being a woman, but also who we are to each other, to our friendships.
And that, I mean, I owe so much to my girlfriends.
I love them so much.
They're just fantastic.
And my goodness, I feel so lucky to have that.
