They'll get over this once we have a new democratic president. And he said, no, you don't watch enough hockey. We've got this thing, elbows up, then jerseys off. Yeah. And We're not going to forgive this. We're not going to forget this. I don't care if you get an ex-Barack Obama or something. And this is a real damage he's doing.
I think whoever wants to do it should do it after the midterms for one simple reason. And it's not even political. It is that it comes off as too self-absorbed to not be focused right now on the cuts on NIH, making Hakeem speaker. It's no secret that people are planning and they should. Yeah, I never understood the sense of, well, you just want to emerge out of nowhere.

And so, Brian, I think it's great. And I think we had a lot of talent in the bench. And I and I say that not sort of coyly because people obviously people float different names. And if you're not on that debate stage, I'll be shocked. But I know that's ultimately up to you. But ultimately, the great thing is it's up to the country. What I called Cory Booker last time was a fantastic candidate.

He gave fantastic speeches. I would have never guessed he'd be at 2%. But that's what the country decided. And I don't think anyone... I will say this. I don't think there's any front runner and I don't think anyone knows what's going to actually connect. But what I think was wise is we have a lot of candidates. They do their preparation.

But the focus up till the midterms is on stopping Trump and taking back the House.

I appreciate it. High praise coming from me at the press as a former moderator. You don't hold back.

That's democracy. And I do think that was β the addendum is I think that was the biggest mistake that Vice President Harris made. You and I both talked to her in private. She is capable β she's certainly intellectually capable of doing the job. She certainly has deep thoughts. I think that the big critique was just she was so cautious. And you got β and Vance and Trump weren't. They were out there.

They mix it up. They give you answers. They β that fight. I mean, look, people are saying, oh, why is Vance responding to you? He's the sitting vice president. You're a congressperson. You know, why is he not staying at his level? And this is the Washington thinking that has gotten the Democrats in a mess.
