So just to be clear, a quarter billion dollars.

Over.

Funds that are paid for by California taxpayers, funds that are meant to provide care to Californians in need.

It is unacceptable.

It is illegal.

This is good.

We filed felony criminal charges against 21 suspects, including health care fraud, money laundering, and identity theft.

A lot of agreement, that's point number one.

Point number two, to respond to each of those issues, and I read it very closely, let me just say this.

I actually wonder how good he is at understanding English, because there are things that he said that frankly didn't make sense in the context of the negotiations that we've had.
