The problem with Roman Anthony is that Roman Anthony, he shouldn't be put in this position in year one and a half.

Like, he shouldn't.

This should not be what we're talking about with Roman Anthony.

Maybe he becomes that guy, but you should not have to do that.

Devers didn't have to do it.

Mookie didn't have to do that.

Nobody had to do that.

Nobody has had the responsibility right now in that lineup to be the alpha in the lineup in his second year in the Red Sox, I think, correct me if I'm wrong, more than Roman Anthony has this going into this year.

And the other thing that worries me about this team, and you guys, and maybe I shouldn't be worried about it, because I do like teams with 30-somethings.

I've been screaming for the mountaintops of the importance of terms of clubhouses and everything else.

But when you're relying so much on 30-somethings, like 35 and older somethings, that's a dangerous game as well.

And I'm talking about Contreras.

I'm talking about Sonny Gray.

Chapman.

I mean, Chapman, obviously, I mean, he's reached full muscle capacity.

I get it.

But it is, I think it's very, very risky to say, oh, go get him.
