And that sort of takes us from a pure marketplace model to more of an online asset management model.
Total revenue is probably about $100,000.
Okay.

We have venture funding.
We were backed by 500 startups, went through their accelerator.
So we have about $1.8 million in funding.
I think it was... Oh, geez.
I think it was 100 or 125.
And then
They're basically have an option or may exercise sort of a bit of an option to invest once you come out of the accelerator at the terms, at the sort of the market terms.
We founded it in 2000, late 2013, just really following some of the new rules of the jobs act.
Year one revenue is absolutely zero.
And the reason being we were, we were working as a pure marketplace model, which more of a,
listing service, you basically need to be working with a broker dealer.
You need FINRA licenses, a lot of regulatory overhead to basically take compensation.
And so we sort of said, look, we just need to know that the model works in our first year, that we can attract a community of investors and opportunities.
So the first year was sort of very much pro bono.
as far as bringing on those companies to the platform.
Jeez, yeah.
