Not too much unlike me.

If you would have ever asked her about living in Tennessee or anywhere in the South, she'd have been like, what the hell are you talking about?

But now, and I don't want to shout too loud about this, is it's like,

this is a luxury to live here.

And you hear about, I was just reading about a little town in North Carolina.

It was just, I forgot where I even read it a couple of days ago, but small town, like 800 people.

But the amount of billionaires that are moving there is like, it's huge.

So people are starting like,

Places like, and again, I don't want to mention towns.

I don't want them here.

But places like that are the new New York City and the new Los Angeles.

It's just retraining your mind.

And then, like I told you the other day, we spent some time together.

And it's like, and I've been out of California for two years now.

And it's just like.

you know, surrounding yourself with people who have good values, right.

And they're, you know, put God first.

And when they look at you, they're not sizing you up to what do you own and what do you have?

And they just want you to win and they want to win and they just want a good place to raise their kids.

Like that's a luxury.
