It almost feels like you have to have more than just one, right?
So this comes back to building the team.
And like you talked about stats, it's a dangerous thing if you don't prioritize it.
And every front office will say, I'm prioritizing it.
Like every front office will say that.
But that's only half of them are truthful.
But it's – and I do think this.
I think that it's a lot of teams or front offices don't do it because it's not a tangible thing.
Like this is what stats, right?
We can tell – hey, listen, I know this guy isn't good, but here's a reason we're keeping him around because look at his spin rate.
It's going to get there.
We're going to get there.
But to your point, leadership, it's not a tangible thing.
Yeah, and it's funny because there's definitely some teams that understand that, and maybe it's a veteran guy, right?
Because here's the other part about this, the importance of leadership, is that you mentioned Ron Washington.
Ron Washington's message is great.
But sometimes the message from the manager and the coaches doesn't permeate like it does from a player, right?
Totally.
And I remember a few years ago with the Diamondbacks, the Diamondbacks had brought in Evan Longoria.
And that was part of the equation.
