I guess you get numbers of parents, maybe from the hospital where a child was born, and then you message them about the vaccination schedule.

What's this gossip intervention then?

Yeah.

So you identify a village.

I guess it seems like a significant fraction of India's population is living in villages of 500 to 1,000 people or so.

Is that kind of where you're targeting?

Yeah.

Okay.

And so you call up a random bunch of households and you say, yeah, who would tell you about an event?

And then you pick maybe the person who is most often mentioned and get their phone number and then call them up.

And then you say to them, well, yeah, what do you say on the phone?

It's like an odd call to get.

Yeah.

And what do people say to that?

Yeah.

So just trying to like build a better model of like exactly what this looks like in my head.

So do you know, are these like cool people or very extroverted people or like high status people in the village?

Like maybe someone who's involved in local politics?

Do you know what kind of person we're talking about?
