And it is just such a fun little round to be doing the speed it's doing.

Because I'm of the belief that a 1911 is a good gun for a female.

Because two reasons.

Females listen.

They will grab the gun correctly.

And two, they will listen because they will grab the gun correctly and turn the safety off because they're smarter than dudes for the most part.

And they like the idea of safety is both passive if you don't grip it right and a thumb safety.

At least the women I've met work with.

The other thing is

They listen when it comes to maintenance because they want their gun to run, and you tell them you have to keep it clean, they keep it clean.

Don't listen to all these assholes who only teach military-age dudes, and they think somehow it's a sign of being tactical to never clean your gun.

It's just a sign that you're fucking stupid.

And then the third reason is it's a lot of fun with very little recoil, and they come with 9mm barrels if you want to swap them out.

All you do is change the spring in the barrel, and you've got a 9mm.

I think they were really cool.

I'd never shot them before.

I have no idea why I didn't, maybe because I thought it was something that wouldn't last, it wouldn't be around long, but I think it will.

They have them in double stack and single stack, and I really think the single stack steel officer's model, or even a commander size, it would make a great range gun.

I think carrying a 9 would make more sense with self-defense, but even if you don't,

Carrying it in that 22 TCM, it's going to bark a lot and it's going to hurt.
