So just like TB, it can cause sort of specifically bone disease, specifically in the spine.
And then the liver, you can cause sort of granulomatous hepatitis.
Actually, neuropsychiatric symptoms, which in me were also very prominent, are commonly described too.
I felt very different from myself.
It was very weird, sort of disproportionate to just like, you know, being worried and not feeling well.
I just didn't feel like myself.
Yeah.
And, um, but yeah, it was a very classic case.
So, so, so, but the key things are just sort of this fever of unknown origin, migratory arthritis, and then the epidemiologic risk factor, which, you know, which when, um, when, uh, at the point where like my dad's like ID friend in Armenia heard about the case, he was like, oh, it's, it's Brucella, obviously.
And like, you know, then, then my ID doctor here like sent the serology and, you know, made the diagnosis.
So.
And Prof. Rez, like, especially that this is where you're like you type in migratory oligoarthritis and like you're there.
So that problem representation was brilliant.
