I love the way she sort of floats the ball and variety and control.

Great leg spinner.

And it's a real sadness for me in the men's game, Gerard, that I can see leg spinning fading back to where it was in the 1980s before Warne.

There's just no one around.

It's such a hard craft.

And I always think of Terry Jenner, Warne's coach.

The day when Warne came through, Terry said, hey, mate,

I'll tell you exactly what's going to happen here.

Warne will produce 10,000 people copying him and there may be one more leg spinner at test level.

It's that hard.

He said, but don't think you're going to get, it's not Bjorn Borg playing tennis.

Don't think you're going to get leg spinner after leg spinner at test level.

It's a really hard craft.

And he was right.

This was extraordinary.

Came after the first test lost.

No one was expecting it except his closest mates, apparently, where he had spoken to them about, he said, you know what, I'm nearly done.

He hadn't played an enormous amount of test cricket over the last few years.

But to see him go mid-series, Gerard, was a real surprise.
