But obviously when you make a painting, even though it's rooted in the truth and in a place that you know, they actually become something else.
And there's this kind of construction or invention in painting.
And I find it interesting if you think of a landscape painting in that term.
And you hold each one for the season so that you can see the actual season in front of you.
And also light is such a key thing because winter has completely different light, different nature, different flowers, different...
Would you say you have one season that you prefer most of all?
In these latest works, there's two of them which have sheep.
And then you made me realize this because they are actually in the water and they're moving with the current almost kind of running along.
