But actually what they really need to be doing is what's happening next in your painting and not just having one painting.

And that's the only thing you're working on.

Like in here, you've got how many canvases?

There's probably like 15 or something.

And this is just London.

You know, these are what you've chosen to bring in here.

This is almost like an edited space.

But like even you have many things on the go and they all are informing each other, I imagine.

Is it good to have more than one canvas?

Do you sort of stop painting one and move on to another one in the same sitting?

It's like seeing old friends or something.

I like this idea of passing of time and in a poetic way, how these paintings are all these different time points.

I know that's a literal thing, but I mean, if you think about it in a poetic way, like how light changes through seasons, but also like as a diary of your life or something.

Yeah, and that's true.

There's a depth in your paintings.

And I don't just mean the layers we were talking about earlier.

But I mean a visual depth.
