The deal could be announced at the Dubai air show on Monday, though the service will still need government approval before it can be deployed.
And in a rare split between a chip maker and its biggest customers, Amazon is joining Microsoft in backing legislation that could restrict Nvidia's chip exports to China.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the proposal would require chip makers to meet U.S.
demand before shipping to countries under arms embargoes.
