God knows, I'll tell you what, though, I couldn't walk the following day.
I mean, it really took him out of it.
And the reason we went up wasn't just bravado or silliness.
The amazing thing is that when you get up to the top, you can make any kind of noise.
It doesn't matter what noise it is.
I mean, bashing two tin lids together or shrieking.
And then seabirds of various species will flop through to see what's going on.
Absolutely extraordinary.
Yes, you can call them down from the forest before you go up.
That's right.
They're curious and wonderfully tame.
Wonderful.
Is that why you went up there to see the birds?
Yes, it was.

Yeah, certainly.
It's a fabulous place, isn't it?
