That's the last point I was going to make.

The goal difference is going to play a massive part, I think.

You look at Maida and that's where Labour this season, where he is compared to last season, all the reasons for that and whatnot.

He's still putting a shift in, but he's kind of made this touch that was there last season.

Anything he got his foot on was going in.

That's just not happening.

There's a number of teams we could have beat if we'd taken those early chances and beat them handsomely.

But the facts are, we didn't.

And aye, there's no doubt.

There's players coming to the end of their cycle.

There's players not performing.

The reinforcements we've brought in are not hitting their stride.

There's any number of reasons you could throw at it.

But I think the squad is lacking now.

We've not got that momentum.

Negativity is much harder to come out of than to fall for positivity if you're reinforcing it every week.

And that's just where I think that squad and that team is at the minute.

I'll never question the mentality to go out and win for Celtic every week.
