Yeah, they had the 100 in the back pocket just in case you wanted to show them up a little bit.
Ron, when you talk about pitching, it's cool, but come on, man.
We know you want to talk hitting, and I have a breakout candidate that I think will be a frontrunner, if not the winner, for National League Rookie of the Year in Moises Ballesteros.
I keep trying to tell people all this dude does is hit, and even though he's limited in terms of where he plays in the field, I think he's going to get regular at-bats at DH, and he's going to be a problem each and every day.
Can you talk about your expectations for Moises Ballesteros this year?
Yeah, he's really good.
Moises has had a great camp.
You know, as a hitting guy, I mean, that's how I made my money in the league.
But he's a guy that falls out of bed and he can hit.
There's just no doubt about it.
We were watching him the other day, I don't know, four or five days ago, take batting practice, and he was the first guy in the cage to start the day, right?
And so John Maley, our hitting coach, is setting up the β
the machine.
And he's got by Sarah, you know, like usually guy just bumps and bumps the ball back at the, the all screen and Moises is just swinging.
Now they're trying to set the machine up.
So it's not really right.
And he's got the leg kick and he's on time hit line drive after line drive three in a row.
And I just started laughing to myself.
And, you know, unless you do that as much as I did, or, you know, guys are on the field every single day and really, you know, can understand that.
You know, there's no set.
