I say the same thing about Republicans.
When you're voting in the primary, think about who in the primary has the best chance to win in November.
That's what that's the people that you want to vote for.
But here's kind of what's happened.
So.
There are two main Republican, I'm sorry, two main parties, political parties in the United States, Republicans and the Democrats.
There are other fringe parties.
The most recognizable ones are the Libertarians, which would tend to fit on the right side, and then the Green Party, which would tend to be on the far left side.
I think what's happening, and this is just my supposition, but what I think's happened after watching this over years is that both of these parties, the Green Party on the left, they can only ever get three, four, five percent of the vote.
So they really can't move the needle, right, as a party themselves.
The libertarians on the right side, they really can't move the needle on themselves at all because they may get, you know, six, seven, eight percent of the vote.
So they can't move the needle separately.
OK, on their own.
So what's happened is, is on the Republican side, libertarians have infiltrated the Republican Party.
And they are, they want to come across as conservative, which they are conservative in a, in a, in a, some sort of a definition, but really libertarians are,
don't want any government at all.
Conservatives say we want limited government, but we do believe there are places where the government can help society, all right, and they best serve.
For example, building roads is a good example of that, or maybe even having a true safety net for the disabled or the elderly.
So in order to get anything done, they've come inside and disguised themselves as Republicans, conservative Republicans, and that's kind of part of this populist movement as well.
And they're willing to put up with the spending that President Trump is doing, because he certainly is not a conservative when it comes to spending, because he supports him in so many other things.
