It's obviously very pro-American.

And I get some people may not want that looks a little maybe over the top for some people.

But so evidently this guy by the name of Caleb Butler, and I think we have a picture of him as well,

that he was in the Navy for a while, but he just ran up to him, punched him, causing Mr. Sherron to fall to the ground, and then kept hitting him multiple, multiple times.

In fact, a bystander came by during the assault, and he was also injured.

He was later charged with attempted murder, but since Mr. Sharon has passed away, the San Diego County District Attorney's Office is now reviewing whether they should be upgraded following the death.

Sharon's wife, Maria Garcia, had a comment on the whole thing and how frustrated and disappointed it is.

Yeah, that's very disappointing.

Now, you know, some people are saying this guy had PTSD and the PTSD is a real thing.

No question about it.

So I don't want you to ever think I'm downplaying that.

But I also think that some people, I'm not saying this guy did, but it's possible some people just hide behind that to be able to go out and justify doing some pretty evil acts.

I hope this guy goes away for the rest of his life.

I mean, it just should not happen like that.
