bogged down and like overworked and chronically over trained and now I have to be so efficient with my time I can't just be like insecure about oh am I doing enough and just like just doing way too much and wearing my body down way too much because I'm so insecure and I want to make sure that I'm doing more than anybody else and now it's like okay
I get one long training session in the morning.
I do like three to four hours straight.
And then I'm like, okay, what am I going to do in that time?
I have to be able to do everything at once.
And then I'm spending the rest of the day on recovery instead of just
Training all day and training all day and training all day.
Like I would get home after training before and be like, I didn't do enough.
