He's always been excellent for Ireland.
You know, I think he fell off a little bit in November and he's lost, you know, obviously got banned for the Six Nations, but I'm not sure he would have started any of those games either.
But when he came off the bench against Scotland, it looked like either the threat of it being taken away from him, the fact that he, you know, Andy Farrell had given the vote of confidence to give him a new contract until the World Cup.
And that is all culminated into him going, just looks like he's enjoying it again, that he's tuned in completely.
He's back with Connacht now.
I'm sure Farrell sent them off saying, if you want a place on this summer tour to New Zealand and Australia, you need to be one of the best players in the URC.
Which is difficult to do sometimes when you're going into a team that's struggling and playing in tough conditions.
There's been seasons where the URC's been over for them and there's been a couple of games to go and you're really not playing for anything.
There's been times where I feel like he's tried too hard for Connacht and he's kind of tried to do everything and been a hero.
The way I would criticise Jack Crowley for doing it in the cast game, for example, was...
whereas actually you need to focus on your role and kind of just do your job and facilitate others at times.
And I think Bundy has been guilty of trying to be that hero for Connacht at times.
There's been other times where he just hasn't looked as tuned in as he should be, whereas right now he looks dialed in.
And that's all... If he can lead them to...
Champions Cup rugby, I think no one will fancy playing them in the playoffs, even though if they get there, they'll probably have to play away from home.
And they've got a real chance in the Challenge Cup.
It's tough for them.
There's good teams in that Challenge Cup still, but how tuned in are La Rochelle or some of the French teams going to be, we never know.
There have been times where you could be critical of Bundy's form of conic, but if you get Ireland, the prime Ireland Bundy Aki, even at 37, or 36 he is now, playing him in the midfield alongside, I say, Kyle Ford or Hugh Gavin, I think he's out injured at the moment, but they have other good centres, good young centres around them, supporting Jack Carty, who they can build...
this kind of last dance team around.
