The other point I'd make on McCluskey is the game can trend your way or it can trend away from you.

And offloading is on trend.

So, you're then looking at it going, well, Joe's probably gone, I'd rather maybe a centre with better footwork or a better passer.

But McCluskey's improved his footwork, he's improved his passing, and he is now one of the best offloaders in the game.

So, I'm delighted for him.

On top of that, he's such a top guy.

Like he's at the centre of everything Ulster have done over the last 10 years.

There's been plenty of dips there.

He's one of the few guys that's just been like the consistent furniture as such.

before the last two weeks I would have said and I'd say this to him that he's been probably the biggest disappointment that he hasn't been able to get his game out on the pitch on the big stage yes we've seen glimpses of it obviously the amazing try he got against I think it was the USA a few years ago and

But when you're talking about World Cup, Six Nations, big test matches against the likes of New Zealand, South Africa, we haven't seen it.

And part of that is he hasn't been able to stay fit.
