And so you get this tension between leaders who have been to a conference one day and seen the most amazing thing to an engineer saying, well, you can't do that.
So we're not doing that.
You know, it's like, and this is a very specific example.
It's not when Google said they were going to get rid of third party cookies.
I remember everyone coming out and I was part of a group of ex-skeptics who said they can't do it.
It breaks the internet.
But, yeah, nobody wants... A certain section of people don't want to hear that because they want to hear, you know, this is the brave new world.
And, you know, you've got to have that realism in the middle of both of those things.

I think the other one is because there is zero barrier to entry, as we've discussed about, is that disparity within teams is huge.
Whenever I do my training, I have a questionnaire afterwards.
And one of the questions is, what did you feel about the complexity of the content of the course?
And without fail, that is my lower score.
Out of 10, I always score a five.
And the reason I score a five is because it's either one, it was really basic.
Oh, I expected more complex stuff.
