Where does intuition and inspiration come from?

Could it be that when you're a scientist working on maybe understanding, say, the DNA helix, Francis Crick, who designed the DNA helix and conceived it, he said he fell asleep by the fire and conceived the idea of the double helix in a dream.

Was that dream him plugging into a unitary consciousness?

Was something seeding humanity with ideas?

I'm talking all the time now as a journalist since I started talking about this issue to people who claim they're getting downloads from a non-human consciousness.

And I'm not saying it's true.

I can't possibly assert that it's true, but there are people who are saying we are coming towards a tipping point in human consciousness.

It's a convergence point where, um,

not only do we become aware of a non-human intelligence, we also have the convergence with AI, artificial intelligence, which is apparently much more significant than we humans realize.

And whatever the NHI are, if they're real,

They're telling a lot of people who talk to me that humanity is about to find out what they really are and that what's needed is for humans to become much more conscious, much more spiritually aware.

And frankly, knowing what I know, if I had my way as a prime minister, I'd basically mandate that every child in school learns how to meditate and do yoga.

Because clearly a large part of what we're talking about here is the need for humans to learn how to use their minds in ways that I think we've probably lost the ability to use with both social media and the increasing sort of technologicalization of our society.

There is something pure about a tribal society that experienced non-human phenomena and

Were they seeing things?

Were the Aborigines who talked about the Dreamtime stories and saw spiritual beings, were they actually seeing spiritual beings because they were much more connected with their spiritual side than we humans are today?

And the interesting thing that I find seven or eight years into my journey looking at what I thought was just going to turn out to be American black world aerospace is I increasingly find myself on a spiritual journey.

And every scientist I talk to, all of them have got stories about how their moment of inspiration came to them in a dream or an intuition.
