She got first D pair minutes with 20 minutes and 45 seconds.

She did very well.

She's going to be a star, and eventually when Canada plays the United States,

Layla is going to be on the ice facing off against Sarah Nurse and Sophie Jock, which means for the first time ever, there will be more than one black person, black woman, playing in the same game in the Olympics.

So that is going to be very special.
