I think, look, you've been part of international squads.

You pick 15, 16 lads, you know they're going to be picked because they're actually the best players, but the four or five that are on the end that you're thinking... That's three players as well now, haven't you?

So you do want people who you think, OK, they're probably not going to play a massive part, but we need people who can train well day after game, people who are not going to sulk, people who are not going to bring the atmosphere down.

People who aren't going to sap the energy of the place.

Because there's some people who did that when I was there.
