It's a difficult question, but if you could give them one piece of advice, if they're struggling, they want to give up, they want to stop, but they don't know how.

What would that one piece of advice be?

even when it seems batshit crazy just keep going with it and just keep it one day at a time yeah i think it's a really good really good message mate because i mean it's so true that and they say these things right they say keep coming back it works if you work it right yeah i just get so annoyed i know used to piss me off let's be shut the up yeah i don't want to and this sucks yeah you know like all this kind of thing and but i did yeah and um and magic happened and my life transformed beyond all measure
