Well, let me tell you the back story briefly about the NBA.
When I came into the NBA, I was one of the first players โ
to openly discuss my, my struggles with anxiety, just a panic attacks.
Yeah.
I had a panic attack when I was like 16 from smoking marijuana the first time.
And for some reason I had a really bad reaction and I would have like three, four panic attacks a day for four or five months.
Yeah.
It was bad until, uh, I learned what anxiety and panic attacks were.
Then I was on medication, you know, SSRIs like Prozac, uh,
Eventually I ended up getting off of it.
