I think this is, we're acting now. We're not just happy to be here. We're hungry and we're going for all the marbles next season. I think this is a team that wants to go for it. And they probably want a more experienced coach to take them over the hump and be their leader. And also just kind of unify that locker room and get them over the hump.

Another thing I'll add about Stephanie White, I love your point about the defense, the defensive ability she would bring potentially from her tenure with Connecticut. That's her tenure with the WNBA. I mean, she spent now time calling games as an analyst on the NBA side.

She's been around a lot of high-flying offenses, coaches that she can call on, three-point-heavy, pick-and-roll-heavy type offenses. And I think that experience on the NBA side as well could bear fruit. In fact, the WNBA job was very separate from a college job too. It was considered very different. And I expect that that market to open up and I expect to see New faces, fresh blood.

I think this is a time for all of that and for a few reasons. I tweeted about this, but the type of player entering the WNBA right now is very different. They are already, first of all, the top stars, they're already going to be millionaires through NIL. They're already established brands. There are... This is a group that will demand more and also is expecting more.

And there's reports now that the team is worth 200 million dollars. 15 Millionen bis zu 200 Millionen Dollar.
