I think he's almost a co-captain with Doris in some ways, both with Ireland.

It's him who steps in with Ireland.

When Andy Farrell wanted to call out two senior players to kind of make an example in the build up to the South Africa game, it was Caelan.

Doris and Dan Sheehan who he did he's seen as that kind of he's assumed that bracket like he's the world class player like the really true world class player in the Irish set up now there's a few of them who are really good but if you were to pick a world 15 it's him or a world player dear Malcolm Marks and he carries himself he knows it now and not in a bad way like he's just he's well able to answer a question he's a grown adult and so is Caelan Doris in a different way but Doris is a bit more

reserved, understated, very deep thinker.

Sheehan's probably just more willing to kind of give a little bit more of what's going on behind the scenes.

It's great for us to hear.

And yeah, it's impressive, but it's also speaking to a bit of a, it doesn't seem very aligned.

Even this week, Robin McBride came out.

We were asking, you know, that wasn't ideal against Benetton.

And he goes, yeah, well, last year I just thought we need to move on because last year we just let the game against the Scarlets just eat into the week and we were overanalyzing and that.

They lost to the Scarlets the week before they lost to Northampton.

And I've heard about 50 reasons why they lost to Northampton.

I'd never heard this one before.

And then you go back and look and none of the team who played against the Scarlets played against Northampton.

And you're going, has that really happened?

What were they doing that week reviewing a game where none of the players were going to play the following week?

And you just wonder about, is there just loads of different silos and is the whole thing as married up as it should be?

And that speaks to what Northampton talked about in the video, that they're not like us, they're not as together.
