It's been such a damaging...
PR exercise, but also they've lost people from committees with expertise, with experience.
They have to rebuild that confidence.
They have to rebuild trust.
If there's payoffs involved in this, they have to go to the people who are on notice.
Ian Flanagan has to stand in front of a room full of people who are currently on notice for their jobs or who are going through a round of voluntary redundancies.
and explain where they found the cash to pay someone off.
As in if Randall had signed a contract?
Well, Randall signed a contract, yeah.
I mean, his appointment was announced, so there would be a financial implication from that.
So that's... Or certainly that's a question that Ian Flanagan will have to answer.
He doesn't answer questions very often because he's not a very public-facing CEO.
He's a quite publicity-shy CEO.

utterly utterly avoidable it was also utterly avoidable we kind of knew coming into this week that there was going to be developments because Munster have no game and this was a week you know they would have said look let's just get through the next two weeks the stakes were so high in the URC they needed results they probably just said look let's just ride this out get you know 10 points on the board which puts them in a really good position in the URC which is really important for financials for next year as well as everything else
But we kind of knew there was things we were going to come to a head this week in terms of what was going on behind the scenes.
