All of the fittings, which are bends and junctions and all the other bits and pieces that you connect the bike to, they're all there, they're all plastic.
Those pipes there, it's a 100mm PVC pipe.
A 35% increase.
We've basically had a small increase of 5% as of the 1st of April and another one coming up, which is unfortunately going to be more likely to be around about the 30%.
So it's quite significant.
Well, only for the product, not the labour cost.
But it is difficult and we've got our plumbers out there in the industry who have had fixed price contracts with customers that they are going to have to absorb these costs, unfortunately.
Probably under 5%, I think, but yeah.
Of the total cost of the house?
Yeah, depending on the size of the house, anywhere between $15,000 to $20,000.
Well, not of the material cost, for some of the materials, not for all.
Plumbing products, it really is everywhere.
We rely on the petroleum-based products in everything that we do.
And the price volatility out there in the marketplace, unfortunately, is just really based on what's happening overseas.
It just filters right down through the industry on all parts of the supply chain to the end user, unfortunately.
Yeah, so up here you've got different water pipes, you've got polybutylene, you've got PEX, you've got polypropylene up here, the green stuff.
And so they all have derived from petroleum-based products.
