And so if we're going to continue to repeat the definition of insanity, something at some point in time has to stop us. And when I go in and I support a high achiever to achieve their highest and their greatest potential, it's to help them remove the limiting beliefs, the unconscious thoughts, the actions that they do unconsciously that they are not aware of so they can achieve that.

Here's a stat that's really going to alarm you. 75% of the entire population is living in chronic stress more than 75% of the time. Now think about that. Three quarters of the human population is in heightened chronic stress, all day of their waking day. So when they're sleeping, the stress subsides.
