You and I, we eat at restaurants now that we go off of meetings or you want to go off of a fine dining experience.
We'll tolerate mac and cheese at a restaurant because we like, OK, this is how they make it.

It's macaroni noodles with some cheese, with some crumpled up bacon in it or something.
We'll do that.
And you don't have an expectation.
No, absolutely.
But in the African-American household, somebody is making that mac and cheese with the brown top.
It got to have a brown top.
