From cover to cover, it is a completely new book. It's not an updated, revised book. It is a completely new book. And I think it's kind of really hard to say it's not.
Yeah, we're trying to put this on a Kickstarter. We need to say... Something is compatible with both versions. And we're trying to come up with an eloquent and quick way of saying that. And at the moment, the best we've got is like a statement, a sentence going, compatible with both the 2014 editions of D&D 5th edition and the 2024 edition. And it's like, it's too clumsy and awkward.

Well, like the people who are buying D&D books. Gamers, I don't know. Players. Nerds. Yeah. For fans of the gaming systems, then, yeah, this is confusing and it's not very helpful. And I can imagine it's going to lead to problems onboarding people into the hobby.

I imagine, call me old-fashioned, but maybe this 2014 stock is going to get discounted. So, you know, people will go and buy stuff and think they're getting something relevant, and they're just not.

I really do believe the clarity of just using an edition number would have been so much better.
