And with the SEC explicitly classifying XRP as a commodity, you just have to say Ripple won.
This quest line ends in a win for Ripple.
I have never bought Ripple.
So tokenized securities are securities.
This is so clear.

They said, if an issuer makes specific promises of managerial efforts from which buyers expect profits, the offering is a security until those promises are fulfilled.
Interesting.
Until those promises are fulfilled.
So once the promises are fulfilled, then it becomes a commodity?
