I would not want him to be the director of basketball operations.
What I would love him to be, though, is in some symbolic form of the staff to where he's doing something.
I don't think that's his skill set to go negotiate contracts.
But to go do something where you are, and a lot of schools have this, some sort of player outreach role, I actually think would be really good.
I think it's a great gift for Howard and good for John.
I think John, I've really been impressed with John's post-basketball career and what he's been able to do.
Because the players, guys in the NBA and even guys in college, they really respect John Wall.
And I think what you're going to get, there's going to be a generation of kids coming up who even if they don't know John Wall, their parents will.

His cultural impact is as big as what his basketball was.
And there are a few of those guys over the years.
So, like, in my lifetime, if you're saying, okay, who are guys that in college basketball mattered even more or whatever than talent?
The Fab Five still pays dividends to Michigan to this day.
