And I'm realizing that that's kind of how life works in multiple different areas that things start off slow, but there's compounding returns to everything.

one of my favorite books on this is called the slight edge by Jeff Olson, where he argues that all of our results in life are direct result of the habits that we practice rather than these quantum leaps.

And that didn't really re I didn't really get that until recently, until I started implementing these new habits.
