His ability to take, like he said, the words off the wall and push that to his players and see them respond was incredible.

Coach is going to challenge him to be even more efficient, not only just with the operation, but just completions.
And I think when you have special playmaking traits and you lean onto that mobility and escapability, I think sometimes you don't take just the easy throw.
So taking what's given to you and moving on to the next down and just staying ahead of the chains and just being more efficient overall.
And I think that's what he's going to challenge him on doing, as well as becoming a leader and a little bit more vocal.
He was learning so much.
He was in the fire.
I think as he grows as a young quarterback, I think the leadership piece will continue to grow too.
