And there's issues with youth hockey, I think, all over Canada.
and the amount of kids who may end up playing.
Now, money is an issue, but the amount of kids who want to play at least and will give it a shot after seeing what happened and Jack Hughes' life changing forever, it's just something I'll never forget.
And, like, I was emotional after, and that's something I watched.
I watched the World Cup of Hockey and I haven't seen anything since.
You know, we've seen the World Juniors, you've seen everything, but it doesn't matter.
And it didn't matter until you beat Canada.

And then to see a new group of guys and a new group of kids being able to idolize different people.
moving forward and 25 years from now having some superstar from the u.s who talks about being you know seven six nine years old when that game happened that's that's big for our country and canada still you know you're always chasing after canada you always will but for at least this year in the next couple years till the next best on best world cup it's like we finally have bragging rights and it had to happen at some point but
An incredible rivalry, and it's like you guys are the standard.
So at some point, you've got to beat them.
You can't keep losing the one that matters.

I know you'll be on in the next two or three episodes.
Um, today we had on Derek step on who does work with, uh, player development for the wild.
So we talked a lot about Minnesota and he's obviously been watching all the series.
And then we had trip Tracy on a great guy, uh, Carolina, Carolina hurricanes, um,
Color guy, and he loves the game.
He's an awesome chat, and we have a little bet.
