I think because this is our last episode, my Will's History of Trader House.
I wanted the song to be special.
But I also wanted to find what I think most people maybe would agree is the biggest traitor in history, or at least considered the biggest traitor in history.
And I fought with this because you could go the American route with somebody like Benedict Arnold.
You could go Marcus Brutus, you know, A2 Brute.
There's several ways to go.
But I think a lot of people would not disagree with the final traitor we're going to talk about.
And that is, of course...

So no name is more synonymous with treachery than that of Judas Iscariot.
He was one of the 12 apostles, but according to the New Testament, he betrayed Jesus for 30 silver pieces to the Roman overlords.
However, here's the interesting thing.
Lately, in the last 20, 25 years, there have been some revisions to the Judas story with the discovery of the Gnostic texts called the Gospel of Judas.
which depicts Judas as an obedient servant of Jesus.
