If I needed to spend weeks learning to write this particular thing that I wanted to work with or jostle the schedule around to really hone in on something, you know, in calculus that I wasn't quite getting, you know, you have the ability to do that.

Yeah.

I had an incredible education because of it.

But likewise, because it's one-on-one, you could also have a terrible experience because of it.

It really depends on who's doing the teaching.

So how did you end up, so how did it work out like applying to college and going in terms of the show itself?

And so I went to Occidental out here in LA, like part-time in the mornings.

Cause I could still do that.

Did you just make, take, do you finish the show and leap right to Harvard or would you, were you taking classes?

No, so the show ended right before my senior year.

And then during that year, I started to record music.

I applied to school and then that became, that was the huge, I could think, I could see all the meetings that I was in with the record label about the applying.

MJJ Records?

Yes, yes.

And I applied anyway, and I got in.

to the places I wanted to get into.

And so what I just, so then I deferred a year from college to do music and tour.

I was really given a choice.

I was given a false choice, I think.
