I thought he sucked for the first few minutes of the game last night too.

He took a three where it looked like they were going to have to level the rim again after he bricked it so hard.

It didn't even hit the rim.

Um,

He had a pretty nasty turnover.

Then he got stripped on that Wallace drive where I just early.

I know he'd hit a three, but there was a series of plays there.

Oh, there was also a play where Wemby got stripped from behind by door and Harper didn't even react to it.

And maybe he was doing the math of like, I'm so late reacting that now I'm not going to chase down by any of this, but he didn't even move.

And there was just a few things happening there at the beginning where I'm like, oh, no.

Like, has he checked out with this one?

Because the other crazy thing is that De'Aaron Fox is supposed to fill in these down-Wemby game gaps.

And, you know, we can talk about his ankle, which I understand is part of it, but he also has De'Aaron Fox where he has moves physically, Slater, where I'm like, well, that actually looks like De'Aaron Fox again.

And nothing is going in, and yet they're still in Game 7.

And maybe that speaks to why the trade market was so cool on somebody who's so talented.
