Secretary of State Marco Rubio defended the Trump administration's ambitions during a visit with Caribbean leaders.

The meeting with the Caribbean community bloc comes after the U.S.

deposed Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.

His trip came as Cuba's government announced that its soldiers killed four people aboard a speedboat registered in Florida.
